Luxury Villas was established in 2008, and we have been renting luxury properties within the Orlando area since then. With our vast experience and local knowledge we offer a personalized level of service that is difficult to find with property management companies. With over 13 years of experience, we are not the new kids on the block—but are certainly not set in our ways, either. We are not the biggest players on the field, but we aim to stay fairly small and to provide a personalized, quality service to our homeowners and guests.

Married for over 25 years, we are a husband and wife team and we made our move from India to the sunshine state in 2002. We have two grown children a daughter and son and two dogs Toby and Ollie.

With our own property in the Orlando area, we quickly discovered just how difficult it is to find a trustworthy property Management Company. We found ourselves on the receiving end of both good and bad property management.

This motivated us to provide a service that is more than just management. A service that is personalized, friendly but most importantly efficient & effective. One thing to remember, when you call us, unlike larger companies you’ll be taking to us directly not answering service. We feel that this is an important aspect of our service, not only from a homeowner's perspective, but also for a guest.

With numerous quality villas and townhomes in our portfolio, we are well respected within the community and valued by our clients. Before we settled in Florida and started Luxury Villas Property Management, we lived in India. Arpit has degree in Electrical Engineering from US and worked in the wire and cable industry for 25 years, Mauli who has Bachelors Degree in Accounting from India has worked for various businesses big and small including Sears and JC Penny. Because of our wide variety of experiences and careers we believe that we are well positioned to provide all our clients (homeowners and guests) a first class professional and courteous service.
