burners didn't work on the stove, and I can't recall which one, but that was the
only glitch! The

pool. Very nice
neighborhood and only about 20 minutes to Disney. Had a little issue with code not
working on arrival.
Property manager arrived in less then a minute to assist us. You can tell the home
owners and property
managers care about the property. There was an issue with little bugs in the kitchen
and they had pest
control checking it immediately. Thanks for letting us stay and we definitely would
return if we come

ABOUT US
Luxury Villas was established in 2008, and we have been renting luxury properties within the Orlando area since then. With our vast experience and local knowledge we offer a personalized level of service that is difficult to find with property management companies. With over 13 years of experience, we are not the new kids on the block—but are certainly not set in our ways, either. We are not the biggest players on the field, but we aim to stay fairly small and to provide a personalized, quality service to our homeowners and guests.
Married for over 25 years, we are a husband and wife team and we made our move from India to the sunshine state in 2002. We have two grown children a daughter and son and two dogs Toby and Ollie.

As vacation rental homeowners ourselves, we know first-hand what quality property management

Before Luxury Villas, we placed our home with a great team, and a not-so-great one. Both of
these
experiences finally led us to a property management company we knew we could fully trust—our
own.
After nearly 15 years in the vacation rental business, we’ve created a boutique-style agency
that puts
the needs of the owners and guests first, no matter what. We never try to take a
one-size-fits-all
approach—instead, we get to know every facet of our handpicked selection of properties
(including you, the
owner) and create a customized approach for success.
